Coaching Services

First and foremost thank you for your interest in working with any affiliated coach, our coaches look forward to potentially working together to help you achieve your goals, be it powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general fitness.

Full Package Coaching:

• Complete access to your Continuum affiliated coach, via communication method of choice, whether it be IG DMs, text message, etc.
• Technical analysis in a session-by-session fashion. 
• Our Discord community server where we post helpful information, tips, drills, etc. 

And much, much more, we try our best to work with you as directly as possible to give you the best athlete-coach experience.

Price: $150 every 4 weeks

*Coaches are affiliated with Continuum but are not contracted by Continuum. Continuum is a Media and Apparel company and coaches work independently of the company.
